I booked the taxi 2 days before , canceled by the time i went to the airport , re -booked me and recharged me with another taxi, said that they will refund within 5 days. by the time i arrived to my destination 4 hours after they cancelled again ! wanted me to rebook again and to be recharged. never answer the phones , ignore emails and to top it 25 days after i am still waiting for the refund. never again

Its complete scam they wont give confirmations till last moment ,they wont provide any car details not even drivers number ,they will keep you waiting till last moment and in the end they will say you will have to upgrade to big car and they will charge 30 pounds extra .. In short it's a pure scam
Used a few times. 1st time was excellent . 2nd time was barely ok and third time the taxi did not pitch up and I could not get a refund. Deleted app afterwards. Too hit and miss for my liking

Both drivers were polite and on time. Helpful with our luggage and drive safely. Would definitely recommend them and use again.
Decent app
Excellent service, especially at such short notice. Abandoned in Manchester by airline, when due to fly to Luton, a taxi was assigned within 60 minutes of booking and a pick up at 11:30pm with a 2 hour drive to Northampton. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts
Very disappointing. The taxicode service didn't work for me at all. Waste of time and almost ruined a business trip.
